The ODR will be hosting a 2-hour Domestic Intimate Partner Abuse (DIPA) webinar that will provide mediators with useful information allowing you to better serve those that are experiencing domestic intimate partner abuse. A description outlining the presentation will be sent out in the coming weeks.

 

As a bonus, this webinar will fulfill your your 2-hour DIPA requirement for the current biennial period that ends December 31, 2024. Already have your 2-hour requirement met? That’s okay because you can never have too many continuing education hours!

Melanie Kirk, J.D.

Melanie is Legal Director for the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence. She is an approved Parenting Act mediator and has been trained in Specialized ADR (SADR).

Amber Jurgens

Amber is Director of Survivor Leadership for the Nebraska Coalition to End Sexual and Domestic Violence and serves on the Supreme Court’s Dispute Resolution Advisory Council.
