The Future of Alternative Dispute Resolution Roundtable Discussions
Building upon the theme of NMA's 2021 Annual Meeting: The Future of Dispute Resolution, please join us Tuesday, September 14th from 12:00-1:00 p.m. CST, as we engage virtually in small group, roundtable discussions regarding the ethical competencies of serving clients well in a pandemic.
Recognizing that the Covid-19 virus and the Delta variant have altered the way we practice, we invite you to participate in a conversation about how to engage self-care, safety protocols with clients, confidentiality, challenging negotiations over legal custody including masking and vaccination and ultimately, how we keep the practice of mediation alive during a precarious time.
Small groups will be facilitated by seasoned practitioners along with a large group report out for the benefit of the membership. The webinar is worth 1 hour of CME Ethics credit.
